What the Prompt Vault is
Most of us have a folder of half-remembered prompts that never quite work twice. The Vault replaces it. Every prompt is written for a real CSM task, uses the same method the course teaches, and tells you when to use it. For example, the pre-call intelligence brief is for "before any customer call that matters; 15 minutes out is enough", and the renewal value case is for "90 days before renewal, or the moment procurement appears".
Each prompt shows which tool it works best in and how many blanks you need to fill. You can star favourites, keep your own prompts, and grade any prompt before you use it. The site makes no AI calls: you copy the prompt into the AI tool your company has approved.
